PAL College of Technology & Management (PCTM), commonly known as PAL College, is located in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. Established in 2006 under the support of the Pal College Educational Society, the college is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and affiliated with Kumaun University, Nainital. The Government of India, All India Council for Technical Education has also approved PCTM for Technical Education.

The college offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses on a regular and distance basis.
